Shipment Information

  • Items available in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.
  • Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer while submitting the order, delivery date is approximate.
  • AMR Store cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, strikes, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond AMR Store control.
  • Please note, logistic companies do not make pick-ups or deliveries on Italian bank holidays.

Return Policy

  • In the event that for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise their right to withdrawal and return their order within 14 days after receiving the products purchased.
  • The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to all the returned items, it must not be cut or broken or the return will not be accepted.
  • Returning shipping is at customer’s expense. Excise and customs duties, if any, are at customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund due.
  • In case of non-compliant returns, the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the shipping address specified in the original order, at the customer’s expense.
