AMR Store Return Policy

At AMR Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

Returns Process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
  2. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, you can contact our customer service team via email at support@amrstore.com to assist with the return process.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and any issues related to returns will be addressed individually.
  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If you prefer to exchange an item, we can process the exchange once the original item is returned to us, but shipping costs will be charged on you again.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Cosmetics and skincare products
